1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following day. Please note that this does not apply on public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Costs

We provide flat-rate shipping at Rs.60 for all orders. Free shipping is offered on orders totaling Rs.799 or more. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.

3. Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 6 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping zone's proximity to our location.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship to all regions within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and reach out to us right away at contact@btdezines.com. We'll investigate thoroughly and resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority!

7. Returns and Exchanges
