Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Return Policy

  • Duration: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to your ordered items page.
  2. Select the “Request return” option.
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
  4. Submit the return request.

Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange for pickup within 1-2 days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@btdezines.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the refund approval status. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. For COD orders, please provide your bank details for the refund. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Charges

  • Reverse Pickup: There are no charges for reverse pickup once per order.
  • Forward Shipping: Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.
